Pain that keeps coming back isn’t a sign you’re broken. It’s a sign your body is asking for a new approach.
- You’ve had the scans.

Founder of Rethink Pain
Danielle is here to help you heal from pain, not only physically but emotionally. She’ll help you uncover the patterns of stored stress held in your body, enabling you to heal from the inside out.
Growing up, Danielle played a lot of sport and was frequently injured, including rupturing both ACLs in her knees. This sparked her curiosity about how the body heals itself and led her to study a Master of Physiotherapy.
Throughout her career, Danielle noticed a pattern - clients who kept coming back with the same pain that wouldn’t improve with traditional treatments. This realisation inspired her to create something different: Rethink Pain.
Rethink Pain combines her 15 years of physiotherapy experience with a holistic, neuro-informed approach that looks at the whole person - body, brain and emotions. It’s designed to help you understand the root cause of your pain and guide your body toward lasting healing, even if you’ve tried everything else.
